Demonstration of some parts of the program for acquiring and developing the skills and abilities related to well serving a guest at the reception of hotels and inns of all categories. This program was developed to work from a CD-Rom, to adapt it to the Internet characteristics , there was a severe loss of graphic quality, size and resources.
